Customized Workout


The purpose of my 12-week customized workout and nutritional program is to educate, coach, guide, motivate, and above all, present safe, efficient, and effective facts as they relate to your own personal health, exercise, nutrition, supplement, and bodybuilding needs.
This formula, along with my consistent monitoring of your progress, will help you reach your personal fitness goals in the shortest amount of time, while maintaining these goals for the longest amount of time.

Turn on the TV or flip through a magazine and you're bombarded with conflicting exercise routines, diets, and some fitness "guru" selling their latest magic potion or pills. It can all be very confusing and discouraging. Despite what all these fitness experts and celebrities have to say or sell, it will not lead to achieving a higher level of fitness and a perfect body. Less fat, more muscle, higher levels of energy, better quality of life, and a strong realistic body image are developed through a combination of sensible exercise, adequate rest, and good nutrition. All are based on your own personalized needs, goals and physical and/or medical limitations. Giving one program to everyone is like trying to fix everything with a hammer. Different tools are needed for different jobs.

As soon as I receive your completed detailed questionnaire regarding your health, nutrition and current exercise status, along with a recent photo if possible, I will go to work on designing a complete program that's right for you.

Whether you're a beginner, an intermediate, or advanced, I take the guesswork out of the whole fitness and bodybuilding equation. In a clear, simple, and easy to follow format, each day you will know your routine, sets, reps, and how to determine what weight to use on each exercise. I customize your diet, your workout, and your supplements! And it doesn't end there. I will be available one-on-one with you by phone or E-mail to answer any questions you may have throughout the entire 12-weeks.

Each customized program comes with fully illustrated easy-to-follow, easy-to-understand pictures of how to safely stretch, lift weights, and begin aerobic activity. These comprehensive illustrations will only contain the stretching, dumbbell, free and weight strengthening exercises I have chosen for you. The weight training illustrations will work with all major equipment found in most clinics, gyms, health clubs, schools and homes. This even makes your program portable. Allowing you to keep up your routine at the gym, at your home and on the road. Especially if you have a haphazard schedule of working, parenting, traveling and constant interruptions. You will have all the tools you need to TRAIN SAFE, SMART and with INTENSITY!
